12-week Body Transformation: Get results in just 12 weeks with Biani’s personal supervision and individualized training. Included are a customized nutrition program, training routine, cardio schedule and supplement schedule.

12-week Competition Prep: This competition program begins 12 weeks before your show date. Prior to beginning this program, Biani will offer a free in person consultation to help clarify your fitness goals and choose the right show for you.  Biani will provide an assessment of your physique. At that time, you may decide whether this is the right program for you.

Competition Prep Program includes:  a customized nutrition plan, weight-training program, cardio schedule and supplement schedule. Each aspect of your training will be monitored by Biani in weekly appointments.

Off Season Program: If you’ve completed the 12-week Competition Prep program in the last 30 days, this is the program for you! Biani can help you stay on track by developing a plan that targets your unique nutrition, training, cardio and supplementation needs as you look ahead to the upcoming season. Designed to take all the worry out of your post-competition phase.

Personal Training: Get results with one-on-one personal training sessions. Whether you’re a veteran or a newcomer to the fitness world, Biani will help you get the results you’re after.

Pre Wedding Program: Biani can help you look your best on your wedding day. Her wedding program is designed to getting you in physical shape, but also to help you manage stress. Your wedding day will be like a fairytale!

No gym, No problem: You are going out of town or on vacation and may not have access to a gym? No worries!! Biani can help design a great work out plan for you while you are on the go.
